Property search, listing details, saved searches, listing contact forms, home evaluation tools, and similar MLS features are provided through IDX Broker and the RealTracs MLS (and, where shown, other cooperating MLSs). When you use those tools, IDX Broker and the MLS may collect information you submit or that is created by your search (criteria, listing IDs, saved logins, and messages to an agent). That information may be shared with People’s Choice Realty so we can follow up.
Listing content (photos, remarks, prices, and status) belongs to the listing broker and the MLS. It is for consumers looking at real estate. It is not an offer, and it may be changed or withdrawn.

Contact messages and lead records are kept as long as we need them to work with you and to meet brokerage, tax, and legal record-keeping rules, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of business. Visit logs are kept so we can review traffic and marketing, then removed or aggregated. MLS data is retained by IDX Broker and the MLS under their own rules. You can ask us to delete a message you sent; we will do so unless we must keep it for a transaction, a legal duty, or to resolve a dispute.
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the office systems that hold messages and visit logs is limited to people who need it. No website or email system is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or wire instructions through the public contact form. Confirm wiring and identity by phone using a number you already trust.
This website is for adults considering real estate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not target anyone under 18. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
